Hempfield Junior Varsity Black Knights easily dispatched Warwick on Friday, 14-1.
Hempfield Junior Varsity Black Knights got on the board in the top of the second inning after an error scored one run, Alekai Nonthakan hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, Bryce Caswell drew a walk, scoring one run, Caden Kenyon drew a walk, scoring one run, and Jackson Ford singled, scoring two runs.
Hempfield Junior Varsity Black Knights added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Reed Rishell doubled down the left field line, Alekai Nonthakan grounded out, and Caden Kenyon singled down the left field line, each scoring one run.
Hempfield Junior Varsity Black Knights scored five runs on zero hits in the top of the fourth inning. Tate Lutz scored after tagging up, Carter Kenyon was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, Caden Kenyon drew a walk, scoring one run, Brady Burkholder drew a walk, scoring one run, and a passed ball scored one run.
