Alex Wimmer stepped on the hill first for Hempfield Varsity Black Knights. The starting pitcher surrendered three hits and three runs (zero earned) over two-thirds of an inning, striking out one and walking one. Ryne Mills opened the game for Chambersburg Varsity Trojans. The righty allowed one hit and one run over seven innings, striking out four and walking two.
